Your Ambassador Experience
As a KLJ Studios Ambassador, you’ll receive two complimentary Limited Edition Sessions of your choice from our twelve magical themes throughout the year. These include full hair and makeup by a KLJ Beauty Team Artist, costumes styled by Sandy Beers with Cricket’s Creative Apparel, and a 15–20 minute session with one of our expert KLJ photographers.
You’ll also receive:

A minimum purchase of $295 per selected session is required, but your session fee is waived—a savings of $75 per session! For every additional Limited Edition Session you book throughout the year, you’ll also receive:

As an Ambassador, you'll help us spread the magic of KLJ Studios while enjoying a truly unforgettable portrait experience.
How Are Ambassadors Chosen?
It all starts with a simple application! ✨
Interested participants must first fill out the KLJ Studios Ambassador Application. Once submitted, our team carefully reviews all applications to find those who best align with the KLJ spirit and energy.
Selected applicants will then be invited to attend an Introductory Meeting at the studio. During this exciting kickoff event, you’ll:
📸 Have your headshot taken by a KLJ Photographer
🤝 Meet the team and learn more about the Ambassador experience
📏 Get your measurements taken for wardrobe coordination
Once officially selected, Ambassadors agree to help promote KLJ Studios by sharing their portraits and genuine experience on social media. We want you to be part of our story—celebrating imagination, creativity, and the legacy of print.

What Are Ambassador Cards?
Ambassador Cards are your personalized referral cards—designed to help you share the magic of KLJ Studios with your friends and family!
Each card features a hand-selected image from your modeling session, along with the KLJ Studios logo and contact information. You’ll hand them out to friends, neighbors, classmates—anyone who needs a little portrait magic in their life.
✨ When someone brings your Ambassador Card to their session, they’ll receive a special gift—and you’ll earn referral credit toward exclusive Ambassador rewards.
Think of it as your VIP pass to help others experience the beauty and legacy of portraiture at KLJ Studios!

💌 Even if a client uses another promotion at booking but brings your Ambassador Card to their session, you still receive the referral credit.

Are you interested in becoming a KLJ Studios Ambassador?
We’re now accepting applications through July 31st for our exclusive Ambassador Program! As a KLJ Ambassador, you'll represent our studio throughout the year, sharing your images and inviting others to experience a session with us.
A mandatory Ambassador Meeting will be scheduled individually on August 7th, with appointments available between 10:00 AM and 5:30 PM. During your meeting, we’ll go over everything you need to know and get you started.
